Spirit
Spirit, God, Soul, Heaven, Earth, Religion, Nirvana, Prophet, Faith, momentous words indeed, yet hollow without first giving them plenty of attention. I could say I spent a solid, solitary year in contemplation of these words, and more, but in truth I believe my spiritual journey spans a lifetime, therefore my quest continues.
If a designation makes it easier to understand who I am from a spiritual perspective, then color me Pagan. I live closely coupled with nature, celebrate cycles of the Earth, and believe that all things are interconnected, a energy being the connective power. I have delved deep into the etymology of pagan, deeper still into the practice of it. I do not have any answers or inviolable truths for anyone but myself. Mine is a religion for One. I search, I find, I ponder, I learn, I search some more. Most days I am spiritually fulfilled, but I don't care to ever be finished with my quest.
If you find some direction and certainty for yourself in what I have to say then I'm thankful to you for looking, finding, and resonating. I believe, with complete faith that all things are connected. Since this be so, for me, then everything you do to develop your spiritual life affects me. I am grateful to you for your growth and happy to share with you what I have learned; it is knowledge that is true for me, and perhaps for you.
I find considerable satisfaction in sharing my journey and beliefs with others. However, I am not a teacher, high priestess, witch, guru, nor any of the other labels some have wanted to bestow upon me. I simply want to share. I've contemplated vast volumes regarding the subject of Spirit. I've transformed quite a few of my beliefs from thought to written words. I've refined only a bit of these pages into something palatable for general consumption. You will find these polished pages here. Some are complete essays or theses. Others, especially longer works such as It's Soul Simple and Earth Connections, require further editing. I will post them in part or when they are satisfactory to me.
